Refund and Returns Policy
Refund and return requests must be received within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a standard refund or return, your item must have been damaged in shipping or otherwise received in a condition that is inconsistent with the expected condition of the art based on the product photos and description on this website.
Return requests for any other reason are subject to shipping and restocking fees, and may be denied if the item is damaged due to any circumstances other than shipping and handling issues.
Original art refunds are subject to approval. Print product refunds can only be accepted if the item was damaged or arrived in a condition that is not consistent with expectations based on product photos.
All refund/return requests due to damage should be accompanied by photos of the damaged item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund or replacement (if requested).
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Sale items
Sale items can only be returned due to damage during shipping.
Exchanges
Replacements can sometimes be made for original paintings, with the expectation that there may be some differences from the original version. Please contact me to discuss available options for requesting a replacement item.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you will be provided a mailing address. Please do not ship back a painting before contacting me to approve the return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Print Orders
Print orders can only be returned due to damage or incorrect product. “Buyer’s remorse” or “change of mind” returns of print products are not accepted and will not be refunded.
